Love Reacher for my brand!

I absolutely loved using Reacher's AI Brand Manager! It made handling my social media so much easier, really automated a lot of the boring stuff. The Social Commerce Automation also worked wonders for my sales. I will definitely be using them again for my next big push. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their online presence!

Mostly good, some minor points

I signed up for the 14-day free trial to check out the Social Media Analytics and Performance Reporting. The data it provided was quite insightful and easy to understand, which was a big plus. Setting up the account was smooth, but I found the initial dashboard a bit cluttered until I got used to it. Customer service responded fairly quickly to a query I had about integrating with a specific platform, which was good. It's a solid tool, good value for money if you know what you're doing, but could benefit from a slightly cleaner user interface for new users.

Good for managing campaigns

I tried the Influencer Campaign Management feature for my small business. It was pretty straightforward to use, helped me keep track of things. Overall, a decent experience.
